Dr. Pawel Gredecki, DPT, Osteopractor, RMSK, AIB-VAC

Dr. Gredecki was born and raised in Poland, where he began his career as a physical therapy assistant (PTA). Seeking further education and training, he moved to the United States, where he first obtained a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Weimar College. He then earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Andrews University. Additionally, he completed a post-graduate diploma in Osteopractic through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy.

In his professional journey, he has focused his clinical practice helping individuals in managing pain, recovering from orthopedic injuries, and addressing functional impairments. He finds great joy in seeing patients return to the activities they cherish.

Dr. Gredecki has a special interest in the use of Spinal Manipulation Therapy, Dry Needling, Fascia Manipulation, Shockwave Therapy and Vestibular Rehab for the treatment of a wide range of acute and chronic neuromuscular disorders and fascial dysfunctions. In his holistic healing approach, he also emphasizes the importance of lifestyle modifications, such as proper nutrition, stress management, and adequate rest, to enhance overall well-being.

Dr. Gredecki is dedicated to keeping abreast of the latest advancements in evidence-based clinical practice. He was among the pioneers in New Mexico to earn the Diploma in Osteopractic and is one of the few physical therapists nationwide Registered in Musulosceletal® sonography by the Alliance for Physician Certification & Advancement. Additionally, he holds a state license as a Diagnostic Musculoskeletal Sonographer in New Mexico.

Dr. Gredecki brings more than 20 years of clinical expertise and has been a resident and professional in the Gallup, NM region for over 14 years.

Outside of the clinic, Pawel enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, playing guitar, cooking and traveling
