DO I NEED A REFERRAL TO SEE A PHYSICAL THERAPIST?
No, in the state of New Mexico, you can see a physical therapist without a referral!
DOES ROADRUNNER PHYSICAL THERAPY ACCEPT MY INSURANCE?
No. RoadRunner Physical Therapy is a cash-based clinic. We do not have contracts with any insurance companies and do not submit bills to insurance. Upon request, a Superbill (receipt) can be provided, which you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement as an out-of-network visit.
WHAT IS CASH-BASED PHYSICAL THERAPY?
RoadRunner Physical Therapy operates as a cash-based clinic, which means we do not have contracts with any insurance providers, and payment for services will be required after treatment. If needed, we can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement of out-of-network services.
By functioning outside the framework of conventional insurance, we are able to offer personalized one-on-one treatment that is not influenced by your insurance provider limitations. The cash-based physical therapy model grants us the freedom to treat the client holistically and to provide a broader array of treatment options and modalities that may not be permitted under traditional insurance-based services.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A SUPERBILL FOR REIMBURSEMENT?
Before your initial consultation, please reach out to your insurance provider to inquire about out-of-network benefits for outpatient physical therapy services. Contact details for your insurance company can be found on the reverse side of your insurance card (member services).
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY APPOINTMENT?
Please wear loose-fitting clothing that allows for comfortable exercise. Also, make sure the areas that are going to be treated are easily accessible. It’s best to avoid wearing jewelry and accessories. Necklaces, bracelets, and earrings can get in the way during exercises or manual therapy.
HOW LONG DO I NEED TO COME?
Our goal is to set you up for-long term success. The length of care will depend on your specific condition, how you respond to treatment, and your commitment to the home program and our recommendations . Typically, more complex and chronic conditions take longer to heal, while more recent injuries may require less time for treatment.
DO I HAVE TO BE HURT OR INJURED TO BE SEEN?
Roadrunner Physical Therapy also focuses on preventative care, which is generally not included in insurance coverage. Many individuals tend to wait until they experience a problem before consulting a physical therapist. Dr. Gredecki is dedicated to offering care prior to the occurrence of an injury, allowing you to keep enjoying life to its fullest.
WHO IS AN OSTEOPRACTIC PHYSICAL THERAPIST OR OSTEOPRACTOR?
An Osteopractor is a physical therapist, medical doctor, or doctor of osteopathic medicine that has completed an evidence-based post-graduate training program in the use of spinal and extremity thrust manipulation, ultrasound-guided dry needling, instrument-assisted manual therapies, and differential diagnostics for the diagnosis and treatment of neuromusculoskeletal conditions.

Initial Evaluation & Treatment (75 minutes): $180.00
60 minute Follow-Up: $110
DO I NEED TO PAY EXTRA FOR THE ULTRASOUND EXAM ?
No, There is no additional fee for the ultrasound examination. Dr. Gredecki may use the musculosceletal ultrasound as a additional tool during your regular physical therapy evaluation as well as at follow up visits to monitor progress or to perform ultrasound guided dry needling
ARE YOU ABLE TO ORDER MY IMAGING (X-ray, MRI, CT scan) ?
Yes, Doctors of Physical Therapy in the state of New Mexico are authorized to refer patients for diagnostic imaging such as x-rays, CT scans, and MRIs if necessary
HOW DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT?
We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards and cash.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY?
In the event that you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid being charged a $25 missed appointment fee.
